Plots 17–29 have officially undergone their final external clean, courtesy of the team at TPC External Cleaning Specialists Ltd.
Achieving a high-quality finish on the masonry is a critical step in the handover process. The TPC crew delivered a meticulous service, ensuring all brickwork and external surfaces are pristine and meet rigorous site standards.
With this phase complete, these plots are now fully prepared for final inspection and client delivery. Excellent work by everyone involved in maintaining this momentum.
