This project achieved the critical “out of the ground” phase on a commercial site in Wokingham. The team built high-specification exterior facing brickwork and load-bearing blockwork integrated directly around structural steel frames, managing tight site staging to hit key structural milestones on schedule and clear the way for subsequent trades.
