This marked a special milestone on one of our key projects, as Councillor Stuart Bailey joined the team on site to take part in a traditional topping out ceremony. Marking the completion of the brickwork phase.

Under the close supervision of our own Martin, Councillor Bailey laid the final bricks to officially celebrate the progress of the development. The event brought together site teams, local representatives, and project partners. Recognising the teamwork, craftsmanship, and dedication that’s gone into reaching this stage.
