Plots 198–202: Handed Over

Masonry is officially topped out to wall plate. Gables are finished and cavities cleared. Scaffolding and Carpentry are cleared for immediate roof installation. These units are ready for trusses—over to the chippies to get them dried in.
Blocks A1 & A2: Moving Weight
Full focus is now on A1 and A2. Materials are being loaded out at pace to ensure the brickwork gangs have zero downtime. We are hitting the lifts hard to maintain momentum and keep the schedule tightened up.
198–202: Roof Ready
